At Amoha Fashion, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our exchange policy below:
1. General Exchange Requirements:
-To initiate an exchange, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via whatsapp at +917000767228.
-A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange requests.
2. Defective Items:
-If you receive a defective product, please ensure the defect is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
-We will exchange the product at no additional cost.
3. Size Exchanges:
-If we sent you the wrong size, we will exchange it (subject to availability)
-If you provided the wrong size, the exchange will incur a ₹300 charge.
4. Change of Mind:
-If you simply do not like the product, we will exchange it for any other product of your choice, with a ₹300 courier charge.
Please note- Product will be non exchangeable after alteration

At Amoha Fashion, we aim to offer a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please read our shipping and COD policy carefully before placing your order:
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available with an additional charge of ₹200.

To confirm your COD order, you are required to pay ₹300 in advance.

₹100 from this amount will be adjusted in your final bill.

The remaining order amount (after adjusting ₹100) must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

The advance amount is non-refundable in case of order cancellation after dispatch or refusal to accept the parcel.
Alteration Orders

If your order includes any alteration or customization, 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance, regardless of the payment method (Prepaid or COD).

This is to ensure commitment and avoid misuse of services.
General Notes

Orders will be processed only after the required advance payment is received.

Please make sure to provide accurate contact and delivery details to avoid delays or non-delivery.

Refusal to accept COD parcels after dispatch may result in blocking of COD facility for future orders.
